Business Credit Academy Courses
Business Credit Academy offers four series of business credit learning courses. We begin with our Freshmen Series and within 4 months students can complete the Senior Series. From setting up a corporation to establishing subsidiaries for corporate credit, you will gain the knowledge of what it takes to establish solid business credit in a very complex world.

Vol. I- Setting Up A Corporation
This course is outlined in a step-by-step manner for setting up a corporation. The set up process covers choosing the type of corporate entity as well as the formation of the entity and ensuring compliance with the federal, state, city and county/parish in which the entity is domiciled.



Vol. I- Advanced Techniques For Filling Out Corporate Credit Applications
This instructive course focuses on the advanced techniques for filling out corporate credit applications. It also covers the chronological process, the do’s and don’ts of filling corporate credit applications as well as helpful hints.



Vol. I- Corporate Structuring That Protects Your Assets, Part One
This introductory course will teach you the basic procedure for asset protection. From inception of your business to a full blooming business, the asset protection process includes a personal asset protection plan to ensure your personal protection that separates you personally from the business.

Vol. II- Corporate Structuring That Protects Your Assets, Part Two
Vol. II is a continuance of Vol. I (corporate structuring that protects your assets). Course emphasis will be on basic procedure for asset protection at the inception of your business. The asset protection process also includes a personal asset protection plan to ensure your personal protection, separating you personally from the business.


Vol. I- How To Use UCC-1’s
UCC-1 stands for Uniform Commercial Code Form 1. It is a “Financing Statement” that is filed to show that one party (usually a lender) has a security interest in another party’s (usually a borrower’s) property. It applies to personal property, not real estate and is not an agreement. It is simply a notice to the world that one person claims that he/she has an interest in someone else’s property, usually as collateral for a debt. This volume will teach how to achieve maximum effective usage of UCC-1’s .

Vol. II- How To Manage A Corporate Umbrella
An umbrella shields those beneath it from the sun. In the case of business, the umbrella becomes a corporate shield or an identity used for various reasons. Those beneath the umbrella are usually separate companies that share services, conveniences, and collective legal or financial transactions. Typically, finances are recorded separately under an umbrella company. However, the ability to gain from acquisitions and perform internal transactions can be utilized. This volume will teach you how to share financials and parlay business credit from one company to another using proprietary techniques.

Vol. III- Establishing Subsidiaries & Divisions For More Corporate Credit
This volume will outline the step-by-step process for creating subsidiaries and divisions. It will focus on when to create them and how to daisy chain credit from a parent corporation to subsidiaries and divisions. The result can be an increase in your existing business credit of up to 10 times the amount you currently have.
